بررسی تاثیر پارچه اسپیسر سه بعدی بر مقاومت خمشی و کششی بتن پارچه ای

چکیده

امروزه بتن پارچه‌ای در حوزه‌های مختلف عمران و معماری مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. از اینرو بهبود خواص مکانیکی این محصول به منظور افزایش دامنه استفاده از آن مورد توجه می‌باشد. در این مطالعه، تاثیر نخ و بافت پارچه اسپیسر سه بعدی بر مقاومت خمشی و کششی بتن پارچه-ای بررسی شد. بدین منظور 4 نمونه پارچه اسپیسر سه بعدی با نخ‌ و طرح بافت مختلف تهیه شد و سیمان به این نمونه‌ها تزریق شد. پس از انجام عملیات هیدارسیون بتن پارچه‌ای، مقدار تنش شروع ترک اولیه، تنش نهایی و مقاومت کششی بدست آورده شد. نتایج نشان داد، تعداد نخ اسپیسر تاثیر قابل ملاحظه‌ای بر مقدار تنش شروع ترک اولیه دارد و تقریبا با افزایش تنش شروع ترک اولیه مقدار تنش نهایی مقاومت خمشی نیز افزایش می‌‌یابد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد، نوع نخ مورد استفاده در پارچه اسپیسر سه بعدی بر میزان مقاومت کششی تاثیر قابل ملاحظه‌ای دارد. با افزایش قابلیت موئینگی نمونه‌ها، مقاومت کششی بتن پارچه‌ای به دلیل هیدارسیون بهتر بتن، افزایش می‌یابد.

چکیده [English]

Nowadays, concrete roll is used in various fields of civil engineering and architecture. Therefore, improving the mechanical properties of this product is important in order to increase the scope of its using. In this study, the effect of yarn and weave of 3-D spacer fabric was investigated on flexural and tensile strengths of concrete roll. For this purpose, four samples of 3-D spacer fabrics with different yarns and weaves were prepared and the cement was injected into these samples. After hydration of concrete roll, the initial cracking stress, final stress and tensile strength were obtained. The results showed that the number of spacer yarns has a significant effect on the amount of initial cracking stress, and the final stress of flexural strength is also increased almost with increasing the initial cracking stress. The results also showed that the type of yarn used in the 3-D spacer fabric has a significant effect on the tensile strength. The tensile strength of concrete roll is increased with increasing the capillary ability of the samples, due to the better hydration of concrete.
