In the present study, three floating cover including Foamthalate, Urthalate and Unoconcrete were designed to protect the water resources of the Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex, which is based on two polystyrene and polyurethane materials. In order to protect the surface layers of the mentioned coatings against the climatic factors and acidic conditions of water was designed concrete liners in 18 concrete mixing designs and the water-to-cement ratio, the amount of Pozzolan replaces cement, Filler and polypropylene fibers was investigated as variable factors. Then the compressive strength of 28 and 42 days of the samples, as well as the corrosion rate within two months, were measured. In the following, the significance of the observed differences obtained from different experiments in samples made was investigated using Duncan's multiple range test. Finally, the results showed that the presence of Isfahan steel slag as a Pozzolan with 45% by weight of cement and the filler of WR780 at a rate of 2% led to get a maximum resistance of 42 days (560 N) and the lowest corrosion rate (4 g) in the L1 experiment. In addition, the results of the L10 and L15 experiments showed that the amount of Pozzolan replacing cement is a very important factor, so that amounts of more than 50% of it, significantly reduces the strength of the concrete and increases the amount of corrosion.}, keywords = {Water resources,evaporation control,anti-acid concrete,compressive strength,corrosion}, title_fa = {طراحی آستر بتنی به منظور حفاظت سطحی پوشش‌های فیزیکی کاهنده تبخیر}, abstract_fa = {استفاده از پوشش‌های فیزیکی کاهنده تبخیر در مخازن آبی روباز، یکی از مهم‌ترین روش‌های حفاظت از منابع آبی محسوب می‌گردد. در پژوهش حاضر سه پوشش شناور شامل فومتالات، یورتالات و یونوبتن به منظور حفاظت از منابع آبی مجتمع مس سرچشمه طراحی شده که اساس آن متشکل از دو ماده پلی‌استایرن و پلی‌یورتان می‌باشد. به منظور حفاظت لایه سحطی پوشش‌های نامبرده در مقابل عوامل اقلیمی و شرایط اسیدی آب، آستری بتنی طی 18 طرح اختلاط بتن طرح‌ریزی شد و در آن نسبت آب به سیمان، میزان پوزولان جایگزین سیمان، فیلر و الیاف پلی‌پروپیلن به عنوان فاکتورهای متغیر بررسی شد. سپس مقاومت 28 و 42 روزه نمونه‌ها و همچنین میزان خوردگی آن‌ها در بازه دو ماهه اندازه‌گیری گردید. در ادامه، معنی‌داری تفاوت‌های مشاهده شده حاصل از آزمایش‌های مختلف در نمونه‌های ساخته شده با استفاده از آزمون چند دامنه‌های دانکن بررسی شد. در نهایت نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد وجود سرباره فولاد اصفهان به عنوان پوزولان به-میزان 45 درصد وزنی سیمان و فیلر WR780 به‌میزان دو درصد در نمونهL1 منجر به کسب بیشترین مقاومت 42 روزه (560 نیوتن) و کمترین میزان خوردگی (4 گرم) شده است. همچنین این نمونه بیشترین افزایش مقاومت از 28 به 42 روز را در میان سایر نمونه‌ها داشته که حاکی از تکامل واکنش‌های سرباره در بازه بعد از 28 روز است. علاوه بر این نتایج آزمایش‌های L10 و L15 نشان داد، میزان پوزولان جایگزین سیمان فاکتور بسیار مهمی است، به‌طوری‌که مقادیر بیش از 50 درصد آن به شدت مقاومت بتن را کاهش و میزان خوردگی را افزایش می‌دهد.}, keywords_fa = {منابع آب,کنترل تبخیر,بتن ضد اسید,مقاومت فشاری,خوردگی}, url = {https://jcr.guilan.ac.ir/article_3582.html}, eprint = {https://jcr.guilan.ac.ir/article_3582_b2c07313d49f9c629c49d0c28f8e2d2d.pdf} }
